AdM Ensemble is a chamber ensemble set up by the Amici della Musica di Modena in 2004. Since its debut in the 2004 Winter Concert season, the ensemble has given concerts with formats ranging from trio to sextet in venues throughout Italy. The AdM Ensemble's repertoire specialises in music of the last hundred years. Along with artistic director Claudio Rastelli, the other founding members of the ensemble are:

Gabriele Betti |

After studying with Roberto Fabbriciani, he embarked on a brilliant artistic career that has seen him perform in many European countries and in the United States. He is particularly interested in contemporary music and has given first performances of works by Aldo Clementi, Jean Francaix, Salvatore Sciarrino and other composers. He has recorded for Edipan, Ricordi and Rivo Alto and has published flute studies for Carisch. He teaches flute at the Istituto Musicale Pareggiato O. Vecchi in Modena. |

He graduated from the Tirana Academy of Music in 1991.
At the age of just 22 he won the position of concertmaster in the Tirana Radio-Television Symphony Orchestra and began teaching at the Academy of Music.
In 1993 he moved to Italy. He is frequently invited to appear as guest concertmaster and has played under conductors such as Maazel, Pretre, Plasson, Ashkenazy and Kuhn. He performs as a soloist and in chamber ensembles in Europe, in the United States and in Asia, most notably in Japan where since 1999 he has been regularly invited to teach as guest professor at the Showa University in Tokyo. He teaches at the Scuola di Alto Perfezionamento Musicale in Saluzzo and at the Accademia Musicae in Vicenza. He plays an 1891 Postiglione violin. |

After winning numerous competitions, he embarked on a career that has led him to perform in at least twenty foreign countries. A pianist with a vast and sophisticated repertoire, he is particularly active in the field of contemporary music. He has appeared on various radio and television programmes for Radio Italiana, RAIUNO, TMC, Radio France, RSI, Radju Malta and Blu Sat 2000 and has made recordings for Clarius Audi and Altrisuoni. He has performed on numerous CDs for Phoenix, including the recent first ever recording of Gino Tagliapietra's "40 Studies for Perfection" and other piano music. |
